Devnet signing boundary

Reviewed governance, config, treasury, and fee values are pinned in the transaction boundary and passed to the SDK; SOL is represented as WSOL where an SPL token account is required. Preparation never signs.

Prerequisite not met: the reviewed COMMODIFY Platform PDA must exist and pass a finalized account-state check. Launch and trade preparation are disabled; create the Platform first.

2. Create launch

Mint signing material is generated locally and discarded on reload.

Warning: the mint keypair exists only in this component state. Reloading this page discards an unsubmitted mint and it cannot be recovered.
